I’ve been browsing the interwebs for reasons to workout. I think I’ve finally found my reasons to begin…eventually. You know, when the weather warms up (or it stops snowing […pretty sure it snowed, lightly, yesterday]).
I work out so I can feel good.
I work out so I can be the best (at what, not sure; but once I figure it out, I’ll be ready to be the best at it [if you want to be the best, train harder than the rest]).
I work out so that women will ogle me like the last gazelle on the Serengeti.
They say, “Why the mind can conceive, the body can achieve”; well, that’s good, because I have a very active imagination (if only the rest of me was just as active).
Exercise increases endorphins;
Endorphins make you happy;
Happy people don’t kill anybody; they just don’t.
